Terms & Conditions

We require a deposit of £100 to secure your booking (£50 for stays of three days or less).

Payment should be made in full 2 weeks prior to your stay.

In the event of cancellation deposits and booking fees are nonrefundable unless we are able to re-let the accommodation.

All Cheques to be made payable to "The Old Police House Annex".

The accommodation will be available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival.

Guests should vacate the accommodation by 10:00 am on the day of departure.

The annex is no smoking.

We do not allow pets.

Damages above £10 will be charged.
