The Old Police House Annex in Rotherham provides contemporary self catering accommodation in the heart of South Yorkshire.

The accommodation is suitable for both local visitors and business people.

The property is situated on a no-through lane leading to a bridal path that is part of the Rotherham Round Walk.


The annex, completed in 2007, has its own entrance gates and driveway with ample parking for two large cars. From the entrance hall, with generous storage and hanging space, is access to the cloakroom and shower and kitchen.


The kitchen / dining area, with feature roof light, is open plan to the large lounge from which patio doors open onto the courtyard garden. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge enabling the accommodation of two more guests.


Off the lounge is the well proportioned double bedroom with its ensuite bathroom and dressing area.


The furnishings through out are in a light contemporary style to complement the sense of space.
